Greenhouses - 

Many options are available for our greenhouses like roll up sides,  fixed walls, shade cloth covers, pine poles or steel posts.

Tunnels

2.5m - A good starter greenhouse is for someone who wants to try their hand at growing under plastic.

4.2m to 4.5m – Perfect for the backyard enthusiast who wants to grow plants or vegetables all year round, can be built with side walls or hoops arching directly from the ground and can be made to suit most lengths.

Multi spans

6.5m - These greenhouses are very cost effective for covering large areas and are used by a wide range of growers for flowers, vegetables, nursery plants and fruit as the 6.5m spacing suits most applications. Standard wall heights of 2.3m and 2.9m.

8.5m- This is an open span greenhouse, there is no need for trussing of the hoops which greatly reduces the cost (a welded webbed truss is optional and can serve useful for hanging of plants, irrigation etc).  Good for the grower that needs that bit more room inside the greenhouse for the use of tractors between the rows of crop. Standard wall heights of 2.3m and 2.9m

10m – Our widest multi span is perfect for fitting that extra row of crop in. The webbed truss offers great strength and is useful for hanging of plants and irrigation. Two designs available.

• Sawtooth – 6.5m – This is a very simple and effective design offering great ventilation with minimal frame work. You can even convert your old 6.5m multi span to this well vented sawtooth greenhouse with the addition of some new brackets and extra guttering. Standard wall height 2.7m.
  
  
•  Sawtooth - 7m and 8.5m - A both very strong greenhouses with good ventilation, the welded webbed trusses are perfect for hanging heating pipes irrigation and thermal screens.
  
  
• Gothic arch – 10m - This is our top of the range greenhouse and is perfect for the grower that needs to control all the environmental elements inside the greenhouse. The vent system hinges from the ridge and offers 24% ventilation, when the vents are opened the hot and humid air is quickly exhausted. This house is designed to suit thermal screens and when installed it can be considerably cooler inside in the summer months. Twin wall and roof plastic acts as an insulation barrier. Standard wall height 4.5m
    
• Animal shelter- All of our greenhouses make good animal and storage shelters.

Trolleys

Market Flower Trolley- Our flower trolley is very strong and durable, it has adjustable shelf heights, tin on three sides to prevent de heading of flowers, holds 12 large buckets of 800mm flowers and is designed to be easily pushed on and off trucks. Our trolleys are widely used by wholesale florists in the Melbourne and Sydney Flower Markets.

Shed trolley – Holds 16 large buckets and is good for your farm shed, easily moved in and out of your cool store

Water trolley – Fill with water and pick directly into this trolley, push to the cool room ready for bunching later.

Nursery trolley – Move pot plants around easily with this sturdy full galvanised trolley. Comes in 2 sizes- 1800mm x 600mm and 1200mm x 600mm.

Custom design – Many designs are available and have been made, we will be happy to design a trolley to suit your needs just forward your measurements and requirements to us to obtain a quote.

Guttering – We make many different designs of greenhouse guttering in house on our 8.2m long slitter folder, any thickness up to 3mm.

Sheet metal – Bench tops, flashings, general sheet metal folding up to 3mm in thickness and 8.2m in length.

Benches - Custom made to suit your measurements, made from galvanised steel with mesh tops.

Shade cloth-  We are resellers of Synthesis premium shade cloth, a very strong knitted UV stabilised shade cloth which offers maximum life.
Roll sizes are 1.83m x 50m and 3.66m x 50m
Shade factors of 30%, 50%, 70%, 80%, 90%

Handy Screen Covers  A light weight shade cover that can easily be pulled over the greenhouse to significantly reduce the temperature inside the greenhouse.

Greenhouse plastic -   We supply and use a world leading 3 layer greenhouse film which is fully UV stabilised. Comes in standard, anti drip, thermal and rose film.
 Widths available are 3.5m, 4.5m, 5.5m, 6.5m, 7.5m, 8.5m, 9.5m, 11m , 11.5m.
Thickness available - 150 and 180 micron

Solarweave-  A woven fabric which offers great strength. Ideal for roll up curtains.
Sizes - 2.05m, 2.7m, 3.66m, 4m

Steel-  We have a wide range of galvanised and black steel including square, rectangle, flat, bar, pipe, tube and mesh.
Timber-  We stock treated pine in widths of 100mm x 25mm, 100mm x 50mm, 150mm x 25mm. Hardwood slats and 50 x 25mm battens at 2.1m long.

Tape-  Frame guard tape, plastic repair tape, duct tape, packaging tapes,

Fasteners-  We stock a wide selection of class 3 galvanised screws both for wood and self drilling steel, 5/16 and 3/8 zinc bolts in many different sizes. Gang nails, butterfly clips, cable ties.

Accessories-   Sliding doors, tilting vents, automation for curtains and ventilation, irrigation hooks, flower stakes and clips, fans, wheels and castors, weedmat, coreflute, black plastic, gloves, safety glasses,
